Hi fantasylab team, first of all, the project budget you have chosen is wrong for a single 325 project. Is working on a linux environment is a must ? i can work on windows. I work with php, mysql, mongodb, but have no experience in ruby, python, couchdb. Also experienced with codeigniter, magento. But my specialty is with WordPress, can do anything with that. About the w3c and google coding standards, this can be applied but can not be achieved 100% satisfaction. Thanks.

Frankly speaking.. each project will cost minimum $600.. you are expecting a developer to have all skills right from PSD to WP with knowledge of MongoDb and Ruby and Zend framework..I am afraid but for me all is possible as per your need but my cost is out of your stated budget.
