The website is to be gated and protected by access keys, which are to be included in a unique link to the website. Access attempts to the website which do not contain a proper key are to be directed to an contact page with all necessary security to prevent access to any further part of the website. The material on the website is confidential, and must be protected from unauthorized access by a valid key. In addition to gated access, the website must have the ability to use analytics to know exactly when the key is used, the IP address of the user of the key, and analytics on what they are looking at how long they are looking at it and their navigation through the site. Any key must be able to be disabled blocking further access to the site. It needs to be discussed if the gated access is by database or cookies as the website has navigation requirements based on prior access. This means the access to the website is different on the first visit and al subsequent visits.. The development project must include the means to create, manage and track the access keys. Search engine optimization is not important and not applicable to the site The website is to be generally flat in navigation architecture with a homepage and two sub levels. The website has a menu bar across the top and a footer bar across the bottom which remain visible on all pages and videos. The menu bar must be extensible and will start with six items. each item is a button and navigates to a a specific page. Menu bar will also contain a provided logo. The website is to have page formats for full screen as well as for mobile devices. On the homepage, we need buttons for 10 items. Six of the buttons will link directly to videos. The videos will play in the full size of the browser window with the header and footer bars remaining visible. The spacebar will pause and resume the videos, a scrubber bar will allow the watcher to position in the video, the escape key will exit the videos, activation of any button in the menu bar will exit the videos. On exit the videos return to the home screen. The videos will not be allowed to be download separately from the website. Activation of a video and any pause, exit or restart of the video will be logged into the analytics. The next four buttons, each proceed to a second level. The buttons are "Get in touch", "FAQ", "Team", and "Intellectual property”. The get in touch button navigates to a second level and presents a split screen. On the right side of the screen is a picture and personal contact information in an invitation to contact him directly. On the right side of the screen is an email widget which has a form to author an email then sends the email to the info email address. The frequently asked questions button will navigate to a second level. On this level is a text list of frequently asked questions, each item a selectable button. Activation of any item on the list proceeds to a third level with a PDF graphic of the answer for that question The team button navigate to the second level. On this level are tiles for all of the team members with a photo and a title for each team member. Activation of a team member tile will navigate to a third level with a common format of an image on the left and a text CV of the team member on the right. The team screen will have 12 members. The intellectual property button will navigate to the second level. On this level are PDF widgets for each element of IP. Activation of the PDF widget displays a PDF browser widget. To the right of the browser is a download button. No open button is to be presented. The IP level will have 12 members. All graphic resources, images, text, and logos will be provided by the client.
