We are a man and van / home removal company and are using a piece of software that was given to us from the people we use for our dispatching software (cab despatch) As it stand customers click on a button on the website to go through the the software which ask's them all the question we need to give them a quote and then if they accept the price it generates then when they accept and all the information is then automatically transferred from that page onto our software. I have spoken to cab despatch and the code for this is closed but they will work with someone to make the project possible. But the software is very glitchy alot of the time most of the address is missing meaning we have to call them to get the information which defeats the object of having an online booker. So what I want is a slick online booker that can either be linked into our existing software or will send us an email with all the information but I would prefer the first option. We can even trow in some sms notifications for the price if you are willing to provide an android device with a SIM card. Honestly, I have no idea why do people bid with 20-40 days for a project which is relatively small, and we noticed that you most probably have only an issue of connectivity between your softwares. Hi, I had a good look through your site and I can see what you mean about the address issue. It seems like your current booking engine is using a virtualearth api when really it should be using a google maps api. This would enable you to know the exact address etc. I would be happy to discuss the problems and the necessary solutions further if you wish. Like you I am based in the UK (Northern Ireland) so time difference etc would not be an issue. Thanks Ciaran
