In return, they are looking for the following:
1. A printable optimized layout depicting the arrangement of tables within the space to be given to venue ahead of time for set up
2. Seating chart allowing groups (anywhere from 1-20) to sit together
Other considerations:
1. Desire a random arrangement of tables (no patterns) to represent realistic learning environment
2. Tables can be round or rectangular, both seating 6-8 people
3. Database must be variable for multiple scenarios
4. Groups will not be defined by unique member but rather group number ex. \'Group 1 - 12 people\'. Each member of that group can be represented by a 1.
