PHP Script working on Browser but Can't Execute In SSH

Hi, I've 2 PHP scripts. The codes are working. They are doing what I want. When I run them on browser following the path they are showing some text on the browser and doing what I want. But when I run with SSH they are not running. I am trying to run them with the following command: /usr/bin/php /path/to/[login to view URL] Please only bid if you know what is the exact issue and know how to fix this thing properly. Please don't bid and say the server has problem or anything. Because another scripts are running on the same server. I'm using this script to update some data on the mysql database. I can pay $20 for fixing 2 scripts. And can offer more works in future. Thanks.

It can be debug only if we reproduce. And it can't be fix unless understand the error. Need to check the script parameters and system variable.
