This will save a lot of time and labour for the passengers. In the future, if IRCTC supports us, we can build a platform where you just need to enter your PNR number and all your details will be fetched in a blink of an eye. Now, to answer the most relevant and frequent question- Once the passenger and the porter meets, they might remove the app from the equation. There might be hundreds of marketing techniques to stop that from happening but the most sustainable one is to offer high commissions to porters. India's Railway network is so unimaginably vast that we can generate a lot of business even after offering higher commissions to porters. We can go a bit innovative and add special student discounts.
