price list with photos

hello we need data base that can add or remove to it products. and a generator that will create the required price list out of it. the products data base need to have those fields : product name, retail price, whole sale price, retail description, wholesale description, internal description, photo 1, photo 2, available as well to have add or delete product, move a product up or down the list ------------------------------------------------------------------ the price list generator based on the data base together with the option that the user selects the software needs to create a price list. there will be 3 kinds of price list kind A : retail kind B : whole sale kind C: internal the user only need to select the kind of price list he needs to generate (retail, whole sale or internal ) by selecting a radio batten. and the generator will create the price list with only the fields that are for retail, same to "whole sale" and "internal" select or unselect products he wants to show (by check box on each product) finally the user will press "create" and the desired price list should appear :-) after the right price list appears we will need one more feature to add to create from it a 2 column wide list that will be as a jpg file. this is because that the list will need to be sent on phones as a photo so if its naro and long it will be best to be displayed on a phone screen and people who receives it only need to scroll the photo with the price list down to see all products. so in order to have only 2 columns all columns with text will be combine to the left column and the photo will be on the right column this is how all the text will be arrange on the left column: name (on the first line) in bold description (starts on the second line and it will continue as multiple lines until it finishes, then a space line and then the price (in bold) to the right of the combined text column there will be the column with the photo
