Samba server for OSX for media sharing to video editors on the Avid platform - open to bidding

I have +10 years of experience in programming. It is easy task for me to run samba server on OSX. But it is not clear in your brief project description that what exactly you want. Do you want to just have a server to share videos? What is relation of project to Avid platform? Can you explain more please? Thanks, Helmot
