We need help in following two customizations. 1. We need to create/customize the existing payment method for Gift Cards. Since, we are based in India, most of our orders are on Cash on Delivery. We need to create a way wherein we could restrict Cash on Delivery Payment methods when a Gift Card is added in the Cart. We can obviously not process a Gift Card order on Cash on Delivery, it needs to be done on a Prepaid mode. 2. We give out some Discount offers but they can be availed only when a customer places an order and makes the payment through an online mode. This shall incentivise the customer to make prepaid payment and reduce our Cash on Delivery return. So, we need to create a tweak wherein certain discount code when applied restricts Cash on Delivery Payment Method (or just allows the Prepaid payment method(s)). We would like to work with an expert who understands the ecommerce dynamics in India as our requirements would make a lot of sense. Please do write back to us or contact us.
