Simple HTML/PHP Quiz

I need a moving quiz like this: [login to view URL] 1) Copy-and-paste the html from that page. 2) Remove the javascript validation code. 3) Figure out how they calculate the score based on the questionnaire and implement the same or better algorithm for calculating the move type. Depending on the score range, their system will output their recommended moving suggestions and other move types. Naturally this means you must assign some point value to each question, figure this out yourself. 4) In the initial version, copy and paste their move types for testing, we will rewrite the personality of the moving checklist later to match our own words. The processing should be done in a function, where you will pass in the checked off or selected items, look up their point value in the global array, and correspondingly return a point value. Then, depending on the point value, you will output a predefined message which you will take from the other site, based on the point range the quiz taker fell into. Then, you will output the message from the message array based on the range key you found. There will be four arrays total: 1) array of selected items selected by user 2) array of global messages that are static 3) array of point values for each possible item 4) array of the ranges that point values can fall into ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
