Hi there, The requirements are quite clear and straightforward to implement so no questions. I just need samples of input and output excel files and access to API. I'm not sure how often this tool should be run but using the operating systems scheduler would be a much better option, cron on linux or task scheduler on windows. Otherwise the tool must be running all the time in the background to keep track of time. I am planning to use python 3 to implement this. If you prefer py2 please let me know. No need for user stories by the way a short explanation of the data would be more than enough. I expect to be done with it in 24 hours starting right after the award, thanks.
