Hi there, As per my understanding, iOS and Android app based on the web app visitorbook.co.nz. It will have user registration, singin and the track the record of visitors. Kindly let us know which type of hardware will be attached with the app? Basically you want all the following Apps: 1- Native iOS App 2- Native Android App 3- WebServices (API) & Back-end Admin Panel I have also consulted with my technical team lead & few other programmer, so we are ready to take this project. However, my main concern is that our estimate is higher than your set budget of NZD 3,000, so I am not sure how much flexibility you have in your budget, as this is a big project. No doubt, there are many bids within your budget range, as every bidder want to get this project, because on Freelancer website, whatever budget you will select to post the project, most of the bids will be within that budget range, no matter what actual working hours or cost needed to develop.
