Wordpress & Buddypress Customization

Looking for a reliable individual/team to provide customization for our Wordpress/Buddypress system. We are looking for a candidate to work with long term, and will use this project as a way to assess potential. Please review the required tasks and bid accordingly, we will select a candidate based on skill, experience, feedback and cost. When you submit a proposal please provide both the time and cost for each subtask (fixed cost) and your hourly rate. If you need clarification on a task, please indicate that in your proposal. The following are required tasks: 1. Conversion to wordpress multi-site a. Setup a second instance and allow us to easily clone the site 2. Theme upgrade a. Current theme has an available upgrade, required to upgrade site without breaking any existing infrastructure 3. User registration & management updates a. Currently using Approve New User plugin with some difficulty – it has stopped notifying admin when new users register. Need it to be fixed to work with current system b. Need visual bulk registration tool, where we can upload a csv and determine which groups the new users are imported into. Old plugin/code exists, but needs an update. 4. BadgeOS Extensions a. Create weekly achievement emails (via SendGrid) that send users notifications about new badges they have received (see badgeOS – think this add-on may address need, only required to pull it into email - [login to view URL]) b. When users submit something in order to review badges create a review process to allow other select users to review submissions and provide feedback back to the original user 5. Buddypress Extensions a. Allow users to form teams and invite other users to join them b. Allow users to publish a page via front-end. Ideally, it would be editable.
