WordPress Quiz Plugin Fixing & Debugging

Our company background: We are planning to expand our exam training business to the Singapore market in the coming months. Hence, we need to build a new website for the exam training business that will launch in a few months. Products and Services: (1) Online Question Bank Products for 18 different financial vocational exams in Singapore (2) Tutorial Service for 18 different financial vocational exams in Singapore Website & Plugin Language: English Target client: ~ (Mainly) Singaporeans aged 18 to 70+ who wish to join/advance in the securities, banking and insurance industries ~ Including those who barely know how to use a computer and those who are competent in computers We expect all the requirements described in the attachment can be incorporated into the plugin and sent to us by the end of the project deadline. We engaged a developer for this task before but she failed to complete the task. We have the file and we can send over the codes if necessary. If you are interested, please let me know if fixing the codes is possible, how much it will cost and how long it takes. Apart from the problems we defined, you may also need to fix other issues you find out while we were unable to. And finally, we will need your help in incorporating the plugin on the website and making it work perfectly there. Plugin requirements are described in the attached Word file and PPT file.
