Wordpress responsive theme from PSD

Hello, I need someone to code a Wordpress theme for me from existing PSD. General features : > Wordpress based website > Administration must be customized with ACF in order to have an easy administration (will give full description of that with field names) > Responsive website > Same footer on all pages > Parallax homepage effects > 5 pages templates 01. HOMEPAGE (see mock up attached) > One page scroll > Parallax effect as much as possible (on backgrounds) > Clickable areas : - Menu button (see mockup to visualize how we would like the menu to open) - Three « En savoir plus » areas that should open a new page with all three descriptions with anchors system to point directly to each description - Gallery area (see below for description) - Two information buttons « Nous trouver » and « Horaires » that should open a new page with all informations > Gallery system : - Each thumbnail should be clickable and open a lightbox with left and right arrows to carry on viewing the pictures. - On the mockup there are 6 thumbnails areas. We would like the thumbnails to randomly change and therefore load more pictures (there can be between 6 and xx number of pictures in the gallery) 02.
