Write some Software

I need an individual that can write/create a piece of software that will automatically search the web and collect and present information from colleges and university dining programs all over north america. The specific information, 1. Name of school, a complete list of meal plans with meal plan policies and pricing, number size and type of food venues on that campus with their hours of operation for each location. The software would have to permit the selection of a school or schools by name and then have the information sorted and presented in a side by side comparison view. Also, it would have to indicate who operates the dining program 1, The University 2, Sodexo, 3. Chartwells, 4, Aramark, 5, another food management company. And Finally the software needs to collect and present three more statistics about each college or university. 1. Acceptance Yeild Rate (the percentage of students that enrolled at the school after they have received an acceptance letter 2, Student Retention Rate, the percentage of Freshman students that return as Sophomore students in Fall of year 2 and 3. The 6 year graduation rate, the percentage of student who enter as freshman students and stay on campus and graduate after six years.
