Prepare Project Document Word

I need some one to prepare documentation from the current scripts. Bider need not to code a single line of code. Only needs to make documentations. I will also provide full details. I will be happy to let them understand the logic used in the script. The script is very simple it nothing but just a shopping cart. Documentation includes folowing. - Basic Defination about the project. - Problem defination. Must write draw back of current system, And why to use new concept or its advantages over old one. - Data dictonary, DFD, SDLC....... - Note on testing phase. Bidder must have solid understading of system analsys. Must include all the phases of the project. Your suggessions are welcome. Bid with the single statement like "I can do..." will not consider. Best proposal will be selected. You must put some solid reason that why i choose you. Payment must be afte complition of porject. Only through paypal. don't put bid if you don't accept paypal.
