I have over 15 years work experience, designing, prototyping and launching different devices/systems across multiple industries. I could help with your project. While you provided some info/drawings, there are a lot more to discuss - the idea with the auger as a wankel engine it is very costly in fabrication. it could be replaced wit a tubular vibrating chamber, having some paddles inside, so the mixture will be properly done - i don't know why you need four load cells. if they are for raw powder bunkers and for the exhaust one, it is ok - how many intake bunkers do you need to have - the dimensions you provided are what you need, or they have to be calculated accordingly with a certain capacity - the design should take care of the entire wagon, or just the mixer part? - etc, etc, etc....
