PDF watermarking *Python* script needed

*We will choose a freelancer after we find the right one for the task in 8 days period * PDF text watermarking script needed to stamp more than 150,000 PDF files located in folders and sub-folders (Sub-folders may contain other file types like MP3 and JPG .... those files should be untouched or changed) Needed features 1- Ability to change the font, color, size, and position of the text watermark 2- Ability to encrypt PDFs from editing (ON and OFF) 3- Some pages are landscape like the attached file (the position of the watermark should be the same whatever the orientation ) 4- The script should never use a separate file to watermark (the script should be independent on itself to watermark PDFs without the need of "[login to view URL]" file ) 5- After watermarking the PDF file the same should be kept the same, without any change 6- The script should be fast to process more than 150K files and the watermarking should be fast 7- Files should not be corrupted after watermarking An example file is attached below (watermarked)
