I have done lots of data entry work such as inputting customer requests, inquire, tracking codes of products and price of products, scrap data from different types of web site, collect emails & enter them into excel, etc and so on. I also perform administrative duties including copying and faxing documents, transferring data, web research and reports to immediate supervisor. I have worked with a number of real estate agencies & agents in the past for the following things: 1) entering property information to a database from MLS 2) preparing ads 3) handling social media 4) filling database forms to find accurate property details from MLS & loading property images. 5) Screening buyers by following up via calls and asking a series of questions to determine hot / warm leads that are interested to take a property or not. 6) I understand using Podio & Basecamp to manage projects. 7) Email newsletter & Blog management.
