Research Writing

Hello, I'm currently writing on my Bachelor thesis. Unluckily I found a job before I could finish writing it. This is why I need you. I am studying nutrion and I am writing on a practical research paper for a big food company in Germany. This is also the reason, that I need you to sign a NDA. Topic is "Minimization approach of 2-/3-MCPD fatty acid esters and glycidyl fatty acid esters in pre-fried fish sticks via filtration of the frying oil". Momentary I am done with half of the work. Here is what would still be to do: -Overall proof reading -Editing and completing list of abbreviations -Editing and completing list of figures -Editing and completing list of tables -Editing of literature list, sources, … (that's also one of my weakest spots!) -Research on Filtration material and completion of segment more information about cellulose, high polymere nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene and nylon monofilament -Results and discussion: analysation with the given excel charts (4.1 + 4.4.) -> research on plastic and MCPDs/Glycidol (4.2.1.) -Introduction -> one/two pages -Structuring -> formatting whole document (that will be unpleasant work how I already realized). If you can see yourself completing my work (which I would appreciate), I am more than happy to share my complete literature and Excel charts with you. I would give you 3 weeks for the task.
