I appreciate you taking time and reviewing my proposal on the survey project. Our action plan on this project is outlined below. Since the initial requirement for agents has already been mentioned, we'll go by that i.e. 5 agents to start with and continuing on to 20 agents once the project is established. The 5 agents starting this campaign would be seasoned professionals with impeccable English skills and preferably Online customer service training completed. This would ensure that they are fully capable of handling the callers and feel at home calling outbound. The Operational aspect of the project includes shift management as well as getting completed surveys. Since it has not been specified as to whether the agents have to work according to EST or PST, therefore, we'll schedule the agents from 12pm EST-9pm EST. This would ensure that we cover ALL the time zones and therefore get maximum survey completed. The agents would be working 5 days a week with Saturdays and Sundays off but if required, we can make it 7 days a week. The project budget of $3000 is the cost of employing a team of 5 agents for 1 month. Typically though, we work on per hour basis with a base of $8/hour. Since you'll be paying per survey, ($2.5 for incomplete and $7 for complete) therefore, we expect to get 2-4 incomplete surveys per hour per agent or 1-2 completed surveys. However, we can work out the payment criteria (Hourly or per survey) and payment details once we get to the negotiation table. We're open to negotiations and would prefer to settle most of the things at this stage rather than be stranded later on in the project.
