Telesales and Small Sale-related Task for Thailand-based Online Computer Store

We are looking for a partner to help us with Telesales and Customer Service Task for an online computer store in Thailand. Why spend your free time to chat only with your friend? Use that time to help us with sales! Thai Language Skill required. Commission: If you can close the sale via any channel - there is a commission for you. You are also free to find leads from other sources to get the commission and we can ship internationally - preferably to countries near Thailand except: Malaysia and Singapore. We sell hi-end products - so commission will be very attractive. What we need help with: - Answer customer inquiry via Facebook, [login to view URL] and LINE@. Sample inquiry: "Can GTX950M Play GTA5 fluently" "How much ram i need for Photoshop" "Does this model fit 4 ram" So you need some computer knowledge (or very quick Google Search) and knowledge about our products - Check LAZADA order page and set status to "Ready To Ship" and use Remote Desktop App to print the shipping documents to printer in our office. (Can be done via Phone/Tablet) - Confirm order from our own order system. You will have to check with distributor about availability of the product via Skype before confirming the order. - Confirm payment into our own order system - by looking at detail from Email (credit card processing system) or Transfer slip sent by Facebook and LINE@. Workload - Should not take more than 4 hours/day for your time spread throughout the day. Use your free time to help. - about 100 messages/day from Facebook, up to 500 in case we running promotion. - at most 10 orders/week
