Link building

We're looking for an experienced Link Builder and will pay a maximum of AUD$100 for the following. We need 100 back-links from websites PR4-9. The back-links MUST be: • Permanent, one-way back-links. • Must come from different websites. • Back-links on URLs should be active right away. All the back-links will be checked. You MUST be experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines: • Absolutely no black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only. • NO ARTICLE or Directory Sites, No Spammy Comments. • Free one-way manual links. • No sub-domains, back links must be on a www. • Links must be permanent and static HTML. • Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. • Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. • Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. • Prefer high ranking Alexa sites. - No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings or link directories. • Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider. • The page where you will put my link should not have more than 30 external links • We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. You must provide the following Reporting: • URLs of pages where i can find my links published. • Domain / sub-domain PR • Anchor text used (every link should have different anchor text including junk anchor text) • Payment will be made only after all back-links are checked The following checks will be made to ensure your work is completed as per the brief: • Verification that all links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct. • Domain PR for each website. • Pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and Indexed in Google. NOT ALLOWED - No black hat and other unethical SEO spam techniques. Only ethical work will be accepted. That means none of the following: • No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text • No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites • No use of automated software or bots. • No PING SITES. • No links from under construction pages. • No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc., no rented links, FFA sites, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighborhood" sites (e.g. link farms, porn and so on), ping sites, etc. • No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, pop-ups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc. • No pages with more than 100 external links on them • No Forum profiles If you win this job and do good work then we will use you again every month for at least 100 links per month. IMPORTANT - in your response please detail your strategy to ensure that links are good quality and won't lead to penalties related to Penguin update.
