Link Ring Expert needes - DONT BID CUT AND PASTE SEO OFFERS

Just q quick warning - we tried to place this bid before, if you people think it's serious to place cut and paste offers, forget it. If you don't read requirements, please be aware that for any future normal SEO projects we won't consider you at all anymore because it's a waste of time getting so many offers and have to read it and see, you didn't even read what we were asking for. We ask for something specific! Payment Terms: 100 % Escrow - Release once finished. No prepayment - if you ask for it or don't agree, please don't bid! We ask for your experiences with link rings - so please provide examples, if you don't provide them, we can't consider the bid. We have a group of companies that are working tight together and are all from the same branch. We want that each company links to each other from the startpage in a SEO positive way. For the beginning there are 10 hotels doing that and will when it works out be extended to 50. This is no signup link ring, or anything black hat SEO. Language of the pages is german. We know that linking like A-B / B-A won't help in thoughts of pagerank or Keywords. Also a-b-c-d-a probably won't help a lot. So we are looking for a company that has "experiences" in such a link ring and creates the logic for it. Like do we link to subpages, what would a good link text be, do links have to change or stay the same. The programming and coding is done from our end (one centralized database that handles the textlinks at all pages) The logic is done by you.
