Job details Service Troubleshooting and problem resolution Checkout Orders and shipping We are having 2 issues. 1. When customers order, for some reason the variant changes to size SMALL and the customer is getting the wrong size. This happens several times per day. We have been battling with this issue for a couple of months. Here are the steps that we have taken to fix this issue: * disabling add2cart button until page is fully loaded, so people wouldn't add to cart without selecting an option ... * if they try to add2cart without size, they're asked to chose size. * fixed some JS errors associated to size dropdown ----------------- 2. We are using a fulfillment service and they are passing the correct Tracking number and carrier, however Mail innovations is the tracking service and we need to be able to have the URL passed to Shopify correctly. We need to determine which carrier code to pass for this UPS Service such that it will invoke the below URL.
