We are a 20+-year-old commercial facility maintenance company searching for qualified leads. Specifically, we are looking to add 50 new franchisees to our Houston, Texas operation. We historically have used a jobs board to post ads, screen applicants and interview potential candidates for our franchise opportunity. You can view our websites: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The uniqueness of our opportunity is that unlike other facility maintenance companies (sometimes referred to as "cleaning companies") we train the franchisees and bring them new contracts. So, not only do we teach them the business and our proven system but we actually bring them every single new contract! They never have to find contracts to build their business. In addition, a franchisee can start this business while working a day time job and most of our contracts require service in the evenings. So, your schedule is such you can build this business in the evenings over time. Also, the cost of the franchise is 31k, however we finance for the right candidate all but $3,100 dollars (required as a down payment). Lastly, the out of pocket cost. Most businesses take huge upfront cost, time and risk however with us we put our money where our mouth is by not only teaching franchisees a tool which is allowed us to be in the top 1% of customer service for North America but also bringing the franchisee contracts with clients (fortune 1000) that are already signed and ready for services. Ideally, I would like to find a situation where we pay an agreed-upon number per qualified lead. Qualified lead being: 1) a person who is actively looking to start a business or buy a franchise 2) Have $3100 dollars to spend 3) have a day time job. Or 2) a certain dollar amount for all candidates who actually purchase a franchise from us. We have 12 other markets in North America waiting to hire a qualified company/individual which can produce consistently 2 brand new franchisees per month. This would be a constant need and a program with no expiration date.
