I am having 6+ year of experience in ASP.NET, MVC, C#.NET, VB.NET, MS SQL Server 2008 R2/2005, WCF Service, WCF REST Service, Javascript, JQuery, CSS. 1. Currently i am using Microsoft Cloud(Azure) so i prefer the same but you need to subscribe it. 2. There are multiple option for this. A. We can use resource file. B. We can use Database. C. In Azure we are having something called table storage so we can use this option as well. 3. In each and every application we use Dev Environment, Testing Environment, UAT , and the Production, but here depends on you, even two environment is ok, Testing and production. 4. Following are the answer of your quarries: Q1 ANSWER: In case of unlimited subscribers , Multi Tenancy adds the complexity of data to the architecture. So the data privacy has to be enforced at 2 levels – 1. Data and 2. File Storage. For File storage , use multiple storage accounts on Windows Azure At Database level, there are 3 different ways to do multi tenancy 1. Single Schema for all customers – using tenant ID column on all tables, low cost, high risk. 2. Multiple Schema – Allow different tenants to have different schemas and at application level have multiple SQL user based access – LOW cost, high complexity. 3. Multiple Database – independent database for each customer, high cost, no risk. 4. SQL Azure Federation – Shared database using Tenant ID, low cost, optimized. Windows Azure computes is by default fault tolerant and starts up automatically in case of failures. By default it gurantees 99.5%% uptime gurantee if an application is run on a minimum of 2 nodes. SQL Azure gurantees an uptime of 99.5% for their services. To enable stateless web server design, state information can be moved to any of the following windows azure Services 1. Sql Azure 2. Windows azure table storage 3. Windows appFabric Caching Windows Azure is an elastic environment which allows machines to be added/removed to the cluster at ease. Subscribing to a SaaS application means housing business data outside the controlled local network, within the Internet "cloud." The integration architecture specifies how you bring this outside data into your logical infrastructure, so that infrastructure components can interoperate with one another (whether they are hosted internally or externally) and each component has access to data it needs, regardless of where the data originates.

Goal: To create a cloud based data base app that can be used by multiple clients to query a database. These clients will need access to their own separate data bases maintained on the cloud. The app will also need to have unlimited users, and will need to be localized in several languages. The connection needs to be secure and the data needs to be protect from intrusion. Implementation: I will use C# to build the application that will call required data database. The application will be designed so that it can be run as browser based application such as a chrome extension. I would recommend that the company consider using Blue host for hosting the sever. They are inexpensive and have reasonable customer service. For language implementation I would have a drop down box of language options that would call from language libraries built in to the program. Once a language is selected the program would update all interface options and other relevant data to reflect the chosen language. For security I recommend that the company pre-encrypt the data before being sent off to the data base and the company use VPNs. The program should be able to retrieve the encrypted data and decrypt it. For more detail on security email me. Testing: I will test the application by building it in different sections and testing each section once it is functional.
