VOIP and IPTV

VOIP/IPTV VOIP: I have painless calling platform but I hate the simplicity and not being able to offer free calling. I need to design a new platform from scratch with my own softswitch (class 4 and 5) that will work with a sim card. Like mobiglobe ([login to view URL]) But I want free calling between my Sim cards. So let say if a customer in the US wants to call a friend in Ghana, it should be free or less than 1 cent a minute. Now if your check the link above, you realize that the SIM does not interfere with the main SIM of the mobile company, customers are still able to receive and make calls even with my sim added. Check out their video on youtube. So it should be a programed SIM that routes only international calls through my softswitch. Local calls should go through the regular SIM. This SIM does not require Wi-Fi as mentioned in the link. These entire features should be the same as in the link but with the added capability of free calling or less than 1 cent calling between my SIMS. If you have to employ Voip tunneling and Encryption to bypass countries that are blocking Voip calls, please do. If a customer does not have our sim, the platform should recognize their call and provide the cheapest option. Lets say customer in Brazil is calling the US and does not have our sim, if routing the call as callback will be cheaper for the customer than our regular Voip termination, then the system should automatically ask by displaying the rates for each option on the phone screen and allow the customer to choose before sending the call. We are all about providing the cheapest or hopefully free calling even without Wi-Fi and without using bandwidth or minutes. So we need a very smart system that will make this a reality. We are open to greater ideas to make this a reality, so please apply with a plan. IPTV: We need a fast, HD, lowest bandwidth consuming, non-buffing system to provide live TV channels and VOD. We will need a set-up box that is portable with a lot of memory to hold about 10000 hours of content (music, video) When they download any VOD, it should give them the option to save on the device, so in this case they can still watch without even Internet connection. There will be services that’s is basic for a small monthly fee, and customers could add more channels with additional cost for each channel. The levels of service will include but not limited to, no commercial, medium commercial, and more commercial. Customer should be able to pause live TV for 30mins. I need more features that will make viewing fun and interactive. Customers should be able to us the remote to chat with friends on social media. Or invite friend to share their screen or device and watch the same program as long as the friend has Internet access. Open to more ideas.
