Instantly verify a business w/ automated phonecall and then create customer account (WooCommerce / Wordpress)

We are a wholesaler of niche consumer softgoods. We are using WooCommerce / WordPress CMS. We have the following problem: We want to verify that customers are a legitimate business before giving them access to our pricing. We also want the verification process to be as frictionless and seamless as possible. Our proposed solution workflow: 1. Customer decides to create an account. 2. Allow a potential customer to search for his business within our interface calling the Yelp or Yellowpages API. Yelp should be the primary search. Yellowpages is a fallback in case the Yelp search doesn't return results. 3. The user then selects his business from the search results. 4. If the user's business meets affinity requirements (certain keywords to make sure they are in our industry), then make a verification phone call via Twilio to the phone number that is in the Yelp or Yellowpages database. 5. a. If the verification phone call is successful, collect customer email and password and create a user account in the view_price user role. Populate customer fields with data from the Yelp / Yellowpages API results. b. If the verification process fails, allow the user to retry or fill out the manual verification form to create an account. Deliverables: 1. A Wordpress / WooCommerce plugin to enable the functionality. Basic functions and parameters should be easily configurable from within the CMS interface. 2. A verification page / widget / popup within our site for the customer facing solution. 3. Source code for the project. We will acquire all IP rights to the software.
