VB6 source code using GDI+ (small)

The task is to create source code in VB6 (only VB6) to alter pictures. Not making a large picture editor, only solving a special task. The test pictures are already loaded and stored in an imagelist. Next step is to alter saturation and brightness of a single imagelist image. No fancy interface need for that, numbers only for the saturation/brightness values. Transparency and quality have to be preserved! Then this result has to be stored in a second image list. All images have to be processed in a loop. In order to check the result the second imagelist shall be used to poulate a toolbar. The toolbar is in the test app. This test app shall be used as the template for the work to do. See picture with the wanted result. We will send the test app when we have a contract. The test app is really simple. Only pure VB6 source code is allowed, using GDI+. No 3rd party tools (except the VBCCR17)! Source has to be clean, no leftovers, no memory leaks, no file operations. Also it has to be quick as possible.
