Most of the features are standard for inbound/outbound call center.
As you can see that we are mainly voip experts and have more than 7yrs experience in voip domain. We have setup earlier many call center system with all backend and frontend and standard features and crm integration.
We would just need a linux centos server and rest all backend setup, provider management, billing, cdr, reporting, auto dialing, ivr, calling rules can be configured and managed. We would be developing front end web portal for management. We are pro in making voip apps too which is popular now a days for agents for receiving calls.
We have few demo however cannot share them and would like to show to you if interested.
