modify existing BSC BEP20 Token custom development

hye i want to modify existing bsc contract and add these functions below for tax fee distributions. 1- % tax convert to bnb to all holders 2- %tax in token to all holders (already in existing contract) 3- %tax convert to bnb to all holders that never sell their tokens before in their wallet 4- %tax convert to bnb to wallet address 1 5- %tax convert to bnb to wallet address 2 6-%tax convert to bnb to wallet address 3 7-%tax convert to bnb to wallet address 4 8- %tax convert to bnb to referral (3 multilevel of referrals)(if no referral then this tax will goes to dev wallet) 9-%tax in token to wallet address 1 10-%tax in token to wallet address 2 11-%tax in token to wallet address 3 12-%tax in token to wallet address 4 13-%tax to add to LP pancakeswap other settings 1-change pancakeswap router address 2- wallet max token limit in % from total supply 3- max buy limit in % from total supply 4-max sell limit in % from total supply 5-block wallet address from buy and sell my max budjet is only 500usd and i will only release the payment after all work is completed and tested. if u agree to this term then please bid. if not please dont bid . thanks i prefer dealing with full stack developer because i have other few more project in the future
