Electrical and Electronic workshop

I am looking for some who assist in wring technical proposal and processes that will allow our organization to make a physical and internal testing of electrical and electronics devices which will be entered in our campuses, i.e. to 1. To have a machine/Lab beyond X-Ray which will detect any security threats that built in a devices, it could intentionally or faulty on the devices, 2. The machines/Lab should be able to provide health check and human risks involved in using devices if found 3. The machines/Lab should identity any components built in those devices which will collect confidential information within our organization and send them outside the composes however we may allow or disallow certain systems to enter in our campuses based The writer should assist in 1. recommending Machines require or Lab equipment and operational acquisition/purchasing including installation and testing and operational cost, 2. A processes needed to be followed by the importers of the devices until they get the security and heath check approval
