We are looking for an experienced IT Course Developer to create a competency-based vocational diploma course in networking. The final product should align with defined learning outcomes and performance criteria. We are seeking a freelance professional with the expertise, knowledge, and experience to complete this time-sensitive assignment. Preferred Qualifications: > IT Degree > Assessor or/and Internal Verifier Certified > Experience in creating Diploma Level - Competency-based Vocational Courses on IT Networking > Relevant samples of previous courses created by candidate Requirements: 1) The course carries 4 credit hours and will be taught over 60 hours (4 hours per week - 2 sessions of 2 hours per week - over 15 weeks). 2) Content should consider students with very basic English skills and be competency-based. 3) Content should focus solely on the defined Learning Outcomes (LO) and Performance Criteria (PC). 4) A Scheme of Work (SOW) should contain session details for 16 weeks, including 3 sessions allotted for summative assessment and feedback. 5) Provide a Learner Booklet, PowerPoints, and formative assessments (activities) to prepare for summative assessment. 6) Up to three competency-based holistic Summative Assessments with guided activities enable students to demonstrate their understanding of the Performance Criteria (PC) and are easily achievable. 7) Grading Rubrics should be easy to distinguish between; "Not Competent" (0%-69%), "Competent" (70%-79%), "Competent with Merit" (80%-89%), and "Competent with Distinction" (90%-100%). Note: This is a freelance position, and the project has strict timelines. We are seeking a committed candidate who can meet the time-critical requirements of the assignment.
