I am looking for a call center partner. Here is what I need: We offer recruiting/consulting services for our clients. For an offering for our clients, we need short, phone based surveys given to people in their industry. I am looking for a call center partner who can: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- *use our list of about 8 questions (all but 2 of the questions are multiple choice, 2 questions are open ended) *use our list of people to call *contact the people on the list until we get 100 completed surveys *record all calls where the survey is completed, and display the link (mp3 ideally) to the calls on my portal so I can access the links to listen later. *As your caller is receiving the client answers, input the answers into our online database Note: we provide the names and phones to be used for contact. All contacts are in the USA and will be done during regular USA working hours. You are NOT qualifying anyone nor selling them anything. You are giving them a short 8 question survey which averages about 2-3 minutes. They do not need to see anything or sign anything or be online. It is just a simple anonymous survey that you are giving and recording the answers. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the scenario we need for each of our new client contracts, and we estimate that we will have 2-3 new contracts per week, each of which will require 100 completed phone surveys with the same requirements as above. If it looks like we are a good potential fit, we can arrange a Skype call. Budget amount set is PER PROJECT. We anticipate 2-3 of these projects per week.
