We require a software program developed for digital x-ray imageacquisition and processing to perform the following functions for industrial non-destructive testing applications: _Acquisition from:_X-Ray Image Intensifiers (CCD/CMOS Cameras RS-172) Amorphous Silicon Panels (Varian 2025 and 4030R, Canon CXDI-31) Computed Radiography (Orex PcCr 812 and PcCr 1417) Scanned Images or Photographs _Processing:_ Normal image processing routines: Averaging, Zoom, Windowed Zoom, Contract Stretch, Brightness, Various Filters, Edge Enhancement, Measurement ??" distance, area, circular, Histogram in Horz./Vert., Pseudo Color, Spot Density, Annotation of Image, etc. similar to Photoshop type routines. _Storage:_ (Must Always Save Unprocessed Original Image or Both) Database storage of files containing images, individual images, with Search functions to locate images by, Customer Name, Part Nbr., Job Nbr. Date, Purchase Order Nbr. Image Nbr., Description. Image Thumbnail Database _Searchable Startup Screen Annotation:_ (Above Plus)Technique: kVp ??" mA ??" Time ??" Source Distance ??" Technician Name Detailed bid request will be provided to selected responders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows (all latest versions)
