Testing - quality Analysis

What you’ll do: Implement and execute test plans and cases. Review and approve requirements and agile stories. Generating and improving an automated test suite and framework. Primarily focused on performance, load, and potentially Web Service testing. Continually implement and improve on QA processes and automation. Execute test case against different platforms using web browsers and mobile devices. Testing shall be primarily focused on user experience, product, and integrations. So how do we know that’s you? You’ll have: 3+ years as a QA tester/engineer 1+ years in developing and executing automated test plans/cases 1+ years in testing UI-driven applications, in particular web and mobile (iOS and Android) based applications Experience with RESTful API Proven experience in a start-up culture and the flexibility required to work in that environment Proven ability to analyze requirements, or push for the documentation/completeness of requirements when they are insufficient Familiarity with Agile development processes Knowledge of, and experience with the tools and techniques for implementing, automating, and executing test plans and cases. In particular, expert knowledge of a tool such as Selenium, SoapUI, JMeter would be a strong asset Experience working in a defect management tool such as Jira, Redmine, Trac, or Bugzilla Working knowledge of command line interfaces of Linux, Unix, and DOS Strong knowledge of SQL for the purposes of validating data Strong organization and documentation skills Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, formal QA methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications Ability to concurrently work on several projects Ability to recognize gaps and the initiative to suggest solutions for them
