am an experienced, very proficient and creative organic and hard surface 3D modeler with a strong background in 2D art and design. I work primarily in 3D Studio Max and zBrush, and use Photoshop, nDo2, etc for texturing, if needed. I can also render said 3D models suing 3D Studio max or Marmoset Toolbag 2. I can give you excellent, creative and polished results in 3D as well as a 2D technical rendition on said floor plans.
I have full knowledge of the entire game art pipeline and how to maximize the creative and technical output to its fullest. I have strong work ethics and will deliver a finished, polished, and rendered model, using industry level software without sacrificing creativity.
