3D Modelling and animation

We need a 3D model and animation of a brain and cords coming out of it. A reference image will be sent to you upon request to give you a guidance. These models will be used in a virtual reality engine so the final product needs baked out textures and lighting. The level of details for the model should be mid to highres with 4k textures. The model will need simple rig to deform cords. Cords need an electrical current pulsating effect moving through the cords from brain down to the end of cords. We are open to discuss the details of animation with the animator in order to simplify the effect. We will need two Maya scene files. First with the models and texture and rig. Second with the models animated, effect and lighting that is ready to bake out textures. Note-1: that the heart model is NOT needed so the cords will be hanging out in the air. Note-2: The pulsating effect should be very simple. Your price should be mainly quoted based on the model, texture, animation, simple lighting and baked out textures. However the concept is similar in that there is a brain and some cords coming out of it.
