I have 7 years experience with creating an online courses using different tools, such as Articulate products, Trivantis products, Adobe products.

I am currently an IT Director at a hospital and have had extensive experience with eLearning development, project management, training and education. I also have a Masters Degree in Instructional Design with experience using Captivate. I spent many years throughout my career developing eLearning training modules for electronic health record training for physicians and nurses.

Hi, I am very proficient in programming as well as project management. Programming language includes: C, C++, Java, Matlab, LabVIEW etc. Also I have been a teacher for last 13 years. I have conducted several teaching courses - taught and consulted for project ideas, plannings and execution. My first cut suggestion is to use the power of SEO (internet marketing) to promote and a very light-weight website to deliver the content. We should have two versions - web version and mobile version. We can discuss more ideas and their pros and cons. Could you share more details like flow chart of course and span of roll out if you already have something in mind. Alternatively I can propose.
