I am looking for a freelancer to help me deal with the ~100 daily emails coming in to help the customers.
The emails are coming in in French, German and Spanish but if you speak great english you can use [login to view URL] to translate the emails (it takes 5 seconds to copy paste) so you understand the problem, then you can write your answer in deepl again and translate it from English to the relevant language. I am currently doing the customer support for German and Spanish but I don't speak those languages, it's very simple.
The questions are almost always the same, exemple:
When am I getting my order?
Can I cancel the order I made by accident?
Can I get a refund?
It's pretty basic customer support, but it's very important and needs to be done well. Customer satisfaction is everything.
This is a shopify dropshipping store, I am looking for someone who has experience in this industry.
