Twitter for daily national sentiment

Hi I have worked on many NLP+ML project, two of them was very close to this one: sentiment analysis for amazon reviews and twitter opinion mining based of a set of fixed hash tags. I have more than 10 years experience in these fields (Natural Language Processing, machine learning, data mining), also I have the academic experience with a master degree.. In addition I have a certificate in ML from Stanford. so I have both the practical and theoretical background to do this project. My previous projects includes Social networks data analysis systems, generating BPMN starting from textual description, Opinion mining Systems, Bird sounds recognition system, Natural Language interface to a relational database (like SIRI), Question Answering Systems (in limited domain), chatbots.. Hi, I can assist you to build a twitter pipeline to filter tweets per country and then determine the sentiment polarity and analyze hashtags, smileys and trending words on a daily basis using R and Shiny. I would also build an interface/dashboard that would allow for interactive viewing of the daily and historical information.
