Need game developer for Binary Tree system based virtual World

Short description : We want to create a dynamic city in unity. In total, there are 10 types of building we have to make an asset. We need to change building types based on user level. For ex users a purchase of land id is 1 then we have to check from api response which type of home in this land . For example if he is level 1 then we need to show that land 1bhk home if he is level 10 we have to show a big home. This decision will be taken from api. We have to pass in api street names in api . In that street how many homes contain and which land which level home will be there every details come from api’s only. If I enter another street by walking or driving then we have to call another street details api and based on apis we need to show that street homes like this process will go unity. If i m reached near by street then we have to call the api and next street data we need keep ready always background process. If api response is not no data then we have show empty land. Interaction in unity : Every home door nearby one circle will be there. When i go to that circle middle then we need to display about that home owner details which are coming from the api. Start of unity : We need to show the animation of rounded virtual world. And one rocket or flight will drop the player (same like pubg). With parachute user will enter to world so we have to show the upper side level example map (sky view of land) same like pubg. After enter the world we need to show the api based data of the streets.
