to video the interiors of home for an interior designer

I am looking for Freelancer to video the interiors a high end property. I need footage focused on the living areas of the property plus one bedroom; approximately 2000 sq. ft. There will also be video of outdoor seating area around a fireplace. No post-production editing is necessary. The footage should be of high quality and ready for editing by others. The freelancer must be able to capture the essence of the design, not just the square footage. They must be able to provide angles that can, with editing, become vignettes. I need the freelancer to have previous experience shooting for Interior Designers and will want to see samples of his/her work. I will be on site during the shoot and will assist as needed. The site will be staged in advance and I assume the job will take one full day, depending on weather. NOTE: Date is based on Florida weather. Start as early as November 4th.
