I'm currently in the market for a virtual assistant whose tasks will involve around 1-3 hours of work each day. The job is mostly focused on handling emails, therefore, the ideal candidate would have a proven track record of email management, attention to detail, and strong written communication skills. Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing email inbox on a daily basis - Responding to the professional emails promptly - Sorting out necessary emails and reports for me to review. Prefered Communication: We'll stay connected mainly via email, so comfort and efficiency in this mode of communication is paramount. I have more than 7 years of experience working as a VA/Customer Service rep for many successful international online e-commerce stores and I can be handy with the following: * Answering emails effectively. (G-Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk etc.) * Processing orders. * Processing returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, etc. * Adding order number to the backend if it's not synced correctly or to some other software where necessary. * Choosing the best and most economical shipping method at the time of processing. * Adding tracking numbers and details onto orders manually or onto any other e-commerce platform. * Adding processed orders to Google Sheets or anywhere as told to. * Choosing different suppliers if the existing supplier has discontinued the product.
