Urgent small Html/design.

I need someone expert in design to touch up a html design. This design is required on an aspx pageand is pulling some data in grids. I want to enhance the appearance of the page. Like borders, table design, small icons, background color etc. I will provide the aspx page with some guidance. But it needs a delicate and professional fonts and look/feel. You do not need to draw any chart or fill data in the tables.
