UPS Worldship Keyed Import Prototype program and Setup(repost)

Need a prototype VB.Net 2008 or 2010 program to create UPS WorldShip shipping labels from a reference # and get results (i.e. Tracking #, shipping cost, etc). This is to include all required setup and documentation (informal) for any files, DSNs, etc. Prototype program to have 1 screen with the label info (i.e. ship to name, address, phone, reference numbers, service type, weight, dimensions, etc.) and an output area for tracking #, shipping cost, etc. Both the program and UPS WorldShip must be able to be up and running at the same time with interference. In this screen the user keys in the input info, hit's 'Go'. The program does what is necessary so that the reference number is then available for the UPS WorldShip Keyed Import. Since we do not know UPS WorldShip Keyed Import that well we cannot tell you more about it.
