HELP NEEDED: URGENT - Money Transfer

I need urgent help right now. My withdrawal was canceled by GAF because they renewed my GOLD membership. Because of that the amount I was supposed to withdraw was less than my existing balance. I know I screwed this one up. I need some funds right now to pay some bills. I have $147.00 in my GAF account. What I would like to do is this: 1.) If you have a PayPal account and have $142.00 in there, you can transfer $142.00 through XOOM to me 2.) I will give you all the particulars regarding the transfer 3.) The transfer from PayPal to XOOM takes about 15 to 30 minutes only. 4.) There is a service charge of $9.00 when transferring. The amount will be covered by your PayPal transfer ($133.00 for XOOM and $9.00 for the service charge = $142.00 in total) I need the funds within the hour because I have some bills to pay. I completely forgot that I am about to be renewed for GOLD membership. When everything is done I will transfer to your GAF account $147.00. You will make $5.00 for this simple task that would not take more than 30 minutes. I would very much appreciate if you can be online through YM or Google Talk so we can communicate.
