SEO and Marketing for New Website

We have a new website which offers China product sourcing services. We need an expert to perform internet marketing and here is the outline: 1. The objective is to generate higher traffic and create leads (of course). 2. The website has already been submitted to Google, Yahoo and MSN. 3. You will promote the website using SEO and SEM techniques. These can include site re-design, keyword selection, html tags, link building, banner exchange and so on. 4. We have just opened an Adword campaign but it’s not working yet. If you can help with PPC please include that in your quote. 5. We'd love to see immediate results but we know it takes a while to see the effects. Please give a reasonable estimated time frame so we know what to expect. 6.
